M-4242 Spice mobile hand set very spicey but one very big problem is backside flap loose fittment.

i purchase 08.08.2010 in parshwa mobile, sangli (Maharastra) it nights we observed battery flap loose fittment,

next day we reached in counter owner says it is company designe/not a product faulty.

But i think it is a product faulty, i am not saticefied this handset.

so please check & do the needful.
