Refusal to open a fixed deposit account

My name is venkat raman, i am one of your old account holder and i wish to bring your kind attenion, one of the branch in basavangudi-bangalore, and offetlny visiting to your branch, one lady always quarelling and figting with customers name is MRS.Rama, not woking properly and very slow pickup and always drowsenss..

kindly advice her do not fight with customers or other wise transfer to some other branch
