Drainage Closed nearly 13 years by Govt Health office

I am residing trichy -21, renga nagar, 3rd main road nearly 13 years Govt approval constrcuted drainage closed by the Health Inspector and officers at the time we are paying taxes and water tax payment w/o fails but no proper reply for complaints and road has been raised over 4 feet we are suffering for every rainy reason mosquito troubles, i had submitted my complaint CBI last year no responding I had photo graphs and records of closing date and blocked the roads kindly pursue and contact me to mail for further . no effective in compalaint box i am giong to send to CM CELL
