Not send the kit yet

I had applied for Mail Order Bussiness to Cosmos Infomedia{Mumbai} by sending their form along with Demand Draft of Rs.595/- on 19th March but they had not send me the kit yet! Their website tells that they deliver kit within 20days but they had not send me that yet. I have confirmation that my form & DD was delivered on 21st March. When I call they even not pick up my phone.

Please help me.
