POOR DELIVERY SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL COURIERS

A prcel was booked from Ville Parle Office of Professional Courier, Mumbai on 27th Sept addressed to my Perumalpet - Thiruvallur address under Parcel Bill No. VPL2072260391 dated 27th Sept. On the line tracking of the above parcel revelas that it was delivered to the Chennai Reciept center on the 29th September and at Thiruvallur Delivery Office in the morning hours on 30th September. On contacting the Thiruvallur Office on 30th Sept evening, I was told that the consignment will be delivered on 1st Oct. However, even after waiting till noon on 4th October I have not recieved the parcel. On contacting the Thiruvallur Delivery Office of Professioinal Couriers, I was told that the parcel will be available with them and shall be deliverd by 4.00 pm on 4th October. Suprisingly the p;arcle has reached Mumbai to Chennai in 2 days, and delivery within the Chennai Suburbs is iaking more than 5 days ..

IT IS WILLFUL DELAY IN DELIVERING THE PARCEL BY THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS AND TENTAMOUNTS TO POOR SERVICE . THE COURIER SERVICE MAY PLEASE NOTE THAT POOR SERVICE SHALL NOT ONLY SPOIL THEIR REPUTATION AND LEAD TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, BUT ALSO ATTRACT PENALTY IN THE CONSUMER PROTECTION COURTS.

SHALL I EXPECT BETTER SERVICE FROM YOU- PROFESSIONAL COURIERS, PLEASE?
