Delay in service/wrong pick up

Hi,

Myself Dr. Dnyaneshwar Shivajirao Jondhale, working at Hyderabad in a research organization.

MY brother sent me the courier (Receipt No. 87002) containg some important documents from Loni, Tal: Rahata, Dist: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra on 05.08.08 for my hyderbad address, through Bombay Andhra couriers' agent B. Somani couriers, Loni. I could not get it till 18.08.09. When I contacted the Hyderabad office of the courier, for one day they could not track the courier and asked for the information that whether courier was sent via mumbai or pune. Then I enquired with my brother who in turn enquired with B. Somani courier and asked the route. From there I came to know that courier route is via Pune, the same I informed to the Hyderbad Office on 19.08.08. I was told that the courier was already sent back on 07.08.09 giving reason that Bombay Andhra courier has no services in the area for which the courier was posted.

Then I asked Hyderbad Office personnel for a probable place of the courier en route. They asked me enquire with Pune office of B. Somani couriers (02024489016). Pune perssonnel could track it for a long time and finaly they told that courier has gone for Ahmednagar.

Throughout this period I am suffered a lot, mentally as well as economically. Till now I didn't get my courier.
