Not properly deliverd parcels

I would like to know about parcels deluvery (CPEL/OWN/9876). It is not demnstrate how it use .besides, some soulition broken in side so thye are not deliverd yet. At the same time, they are not give any propper documents to us. I hope your earliest replay for my saftey.
