i purchase my laptop on 31sep08 my lcdscreen internal color problem itaken to show room devraj infotech bangalore. where i purchase my laptop they told dont take service centre they will repair afterthat they told repacment charge Rs8000.ipaid after they remove lcd panel put old panel they handover me. after seen my lap top the lap top shape is complete change. after shouted him. again they replce. after that i ask my orginal screen they are not ready to give my screen.why this people doing like this.name of hp.please infom them dont cheat the people.if my laptop still under warrenty show room person they taken money with me.they replace freely replace with your hp.they are get double benefit .they cheating me and also hp please take action. this type people spoil the hp name please do the need ful
