Want to know the reason of name putting in cibil

Dear All,

My name is Gaurav kala. I want to know that i have never default with any company after that know one bank issue me the loan because they told my name is in cibil. So please let me know the status of my name in cibil and if it is there. Please guide me why this happen and procedure of removing the name from cibil.
