Waive interest

I am a regular customer of your bank.my credit card no is 4477460047805009.since i did not recieved my dec statement, i paid total outstanting 86000/-.instead of 86231.yherefore i was charges intrest of about 6000/- in my jan statement.

i request u since i did not recieved statement i could not get the actual figure.please waive interest considering the previous record.
