Surchage charge on fuel

I have a credit card for which i was told there will be no sur charge on filling fuel on HP pumps but for last more than 6 months surcharge is debited. I have a sbi credit card which does not charge on any petrol pump. If the money is not reversed than i will stop using your creditcard .do the needful immediately
