Not Received Provident Fund

Dear Sir,

I worked for one company called

ICICI Direct.com,

Sec-9C,

Chandigarh

2 years ago. I have resigned from the company. And I submitted form for PF (Provident fund) withdrawal in 2006 I made many calls to HR office for my PF enquiry but still my PF is not credited to my given account no, neither do they response to my phone calls. It's been a long time, according to the rules the PF should be credited to the account in 3months but for me its been 1/2years I request you to credit my Pf amount as soon as possible.

My PF no. is, MH/47808/9782.

Sir, I want my PF ASAP.
