Levi of charges

I am very happy to say u that i am regurlar customer of your bank .and i have regular paid my due amt.

but your bank charge very high charges in my card.

but sorry to say and feel that your bank just find way to create source of finance. it is not to take care of customer . so i heartly request u to make such adjusment and take necessary steps for such matter.

the matter is :- i only borrow arounding 6000rs but your bank again and againg levies charges on my account . and i have no ability to pay such amt bacause i am salary person and i use it for limited purpose although i have paid arounding15000rs for such charges .but if u verify my statement u find that there is outstanding balance is arounding 31000 which is out of my ability.

so, i heartly request you to inquire in such matter and make such steps.
