Double payment for tickets booked through IRCTC

Yesterday I had lodged a complaint stating that you made two deductions (Rs 534.45 deducted twice) for a ticket booked from Calicut to Trivandrum (3rd AC) through IRCTC and I received a reply stating that you have reverted Rs 534.45 in my account. Today I checked the e-statement, but this amount is not reflected in the statment. Kindly include this amout in the e-statement.

Incidentally I happend to know that you had made two deductions for another ticket booked through IRCTC ie., the ticket booked on 28/12 from Trivandrum to Calicut in sleeper class (Rs 203/=) both from my credit card as well as from my daughter's ATM card. Pl verify this and revert one payment either in my credit card or to my daughter's ATM card.
