CVV Number should not be there in Credit Card

Dear All,

I am writting this mail to make all people aware of the changes of cheatings is very high in credit card because of CVV number displayed on the backside of all Credit Cards. CVV should be used as Password or PIN number. CVV should not be there in Back side of Credit Card. Let me know whom should we write for this issue
