Please reverse the interest charges and service tax debited to my credit card

I made a payment of Rs.6617.61 by cheque no.776370 drawn on ICICI Bank, ShivajiNagar Branch, Pune. I think this payment is not reflected in my recent statement of 21.10.2008. Since I have already made a payment and this got debited to my saving bank account no.003901039056 on 8th October-08. Please reverse these charges. Also confirm the exact amount I need to pay so that I can issue the cheque toward my credit card payment against statement dated 21st October-08. Awaiting your reply per return mail.
