Not geting a sim card{postpaid}

I pay for postpaid card rs 599 on 18 feb.actually i convert my prepaid card to postpaid on same no i.e.9867401237.

the no is booked on my name.when i call 121 they told me that your card is activate on 29 feb.but still i not got the postpaid sim .i have call from this no 9987685915 { nisha }to offering the postpaid service.after payment she refuse to take my call and they giving me any right answer.noe almost 2weeks to complete.i having a lots of problem to contact...

so plz do as early as possible.

now i m temporary using this no 9987825110.
