I've been working with this companysince last 18th Feb but till now i don't know proper salery structure. each & every salery show around 275 Rs less from gross salery. Each & every month Salery structure will be changed means No. of times it was change. Management is very poor. There are so much partiality in work environment like in promotion, R & R, Employee of the months award etc.
