To whom who may convern:
My name is Gianfranco Di Bonaventura and I am the Managing Director of an IT Company based in Pune. I have bought a nokia E71, (20, 199 INR) from CROMA, and I have received a really bad custom service from the Shop. The mobile had some defects, and after only 3 days I went back to the shop in order to ask for a replacement. The staff there game differnt version on their policy on replacements and still I have not resolved my issue. I am a good customer, and I spend but at the same time I expect a service from the seller. The Croma store is not knowing what customer service is and I am surprice that a provider like Nokia is having a dealer like them.
I Will keep going on this issue and use all the people I know In order to make them feel what a customer which has suffered can do.
