Customer Harrasment by store employees

I purchased a microwave oven yesterday from Croma Bangalore vide Bill No 147-61068.They promised to deliver the same by 6PM today evening. I have spent around 30rs calling them on again and again they say they require 4 days to deliver the same. On the bill its quoted that the microwave will be delivered today. So frustrating they harass the customers like this.

Now they are asking me to come and collect the Microwave oven from their store.
