I have puchased 1 ceiling fans from authorised dealer at Krishna Electrical, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi. After one year my ceiling fan started giving loud noise at all speeds. Approached all concerened but no one attended. The dealer has given me number 1800-409-505 as a copmlpint no but it is not in use. It only states that your "call is important to us and our all executive busy" but no body is lifting this phone. It shows that CG is very poor servic. I advise think twice while purchasing CG products.
pl tell me what to do. Pl help.
