Dear Sir,
Please refer my statement dated Feb 21 wherein the totl amount outstanding is rs. 1356.99 & rest of the amount charged by you towards late payment & interest was to be reversed by you as per your mail.
Since I was out of station & on receipt of your statement my secretary has already made a paymwent of RS. 7357.00 though she was to make a payment of only Rs. 1357.00.
Since there is an excess payment made thru oversight I request you to please send me a refund of the same. Please also note that I have not received a new credit card as my earlier card has already expired in Feb.
I request you to please tajke immediate action. Also please inform me whether the prevailing card can be used or not.
