Respected Sir,
I have purchased one Crompton Greaves exhaust fan motor on dated 04/08 (Invoice no 6654)
vide model no GF4389 Sr. no. KCG 57702 from Kapil traders Basai Raod Gurgaon Haryana.
The above mentioned motor haven't worked since 26/07 and I have registered a complaint
of it under complaint no. 1207053517 dated 27/07 to your customer care toll free number.
One engineer came to my home and checked it and told us to go to our ATZ Global Engg. Centre at
A-55/14 DLF Ph-1 Gurgaon and our service centre will repair your motor under warranty.
I have visited to your ATZ Global Engg. Auth. Service Centre at A-55/14 DLF Ph-1 Gurgaon on
dated 30/07 for the repair of my motor with warranty card. But your Service centre
engineers (dealing hands) refused to repair it without any reason which was under warranty. I requested them
so many times, but they remain refused by own and their behaviour and contuct was very bad.
They demand full charges to repair my motor, which is under warranty. It is really very bad and
unlawful.
Kindly look into the matter and solve it A.S.A.P. and oblige.
