Opening a salary account

I am trying to open my salary account.every time i go to bank they use to say that madan has not come. I amIT guy i dont have time to go again and again. To open open account these person do not take address proof of voter card, ration card. But with these document you can open account in any bank. i can say it is very poor service on part of ICICI bank.09218509219
