New Account inactivation

I have recently applied for opening an account in your bank through Mr. Satish Bhagwat

(HYDERABAD Branch) an employee who takes care of opening new accounts. At the time of applying i was informed by Mr. Satish Bhagwat that only a ration card and voter ID card are enough for the address proof. But later he said that PAN card or Passport or Driving license are needed compulsorily for account activation, which i don't have at all. when i said all these things to him, he is not responding and not answering my call. He finally said that account ativation will not be done without those three things i mentioned above just by sending an SMS. Now i need to activate my account.
