Excess red color on screen

I bought your ctv having model no. HARDROCK25-ISX, serial no. 6101080 102234000 24 from your authorized dealer at Hoshiarpur (Punjab) in the month of October.

I had made a complaint to Hoshiarpur dealer about the fault of the CTV. Immediately he made call for register my complaint to the head office at Mumbai. The Mumbai office appointed a mechanic to repair it & he couldn't repair it properly. Still, there is excess RED colour on the screen of my CTV. Please send your CTV engineer to repair it properly.
