I am a little confused with the whole purpose of this site.
1. Do companies visit this site?
2. Are the complaints sent to companies?
3. Who writes comments?
4. Does writing complaint here yield any result?
5. Is this site just being used to attract web traffic and earn from advertisements.
I am asking these questions because:
1. I have not seen any comments; forget reply for any of the complaints I browsed here. Though I browsed only some but none had comments/reply.
2. The page containing complaint for LG washing machine had advertisements for LG washing machines. It's ridiculous:
