I tried booking tickets via www.customerneedz.com.

First attempt of booking tickets was unsuccessful though the payment has been debited.

Second attempt of booking tickets was successful for which payment was again debited.

Noticed the dual debit in the statement, contacted customerneedz.com and informed them about this issue. They have asked me to wait for 10 days before which the amount is refunded back. After 10 days till today which is about 2 months from the time the booking was done, money has not been refunded and the customer care representatives are irresponsible for it. The manager Mr. Ramesh Babu - 9740013086 initially attended my phone calls and was assuring me that he will do an online transfer to my bank account. He was postponing this activity by more than 2 weeks and later which he stopped attending my calls. Now there is no other way than to let go my money (Rs. 1020). I ve been making calls to them every day but no proper response. Please suggest me a way to get back my money
