Money refund

First I have booked VRL bus ticket using www.customerneedz.com on 01-10 using my CITI bank credit card it was failed but money got debited (2190) from the A/C then I booked using my ICICI credit card at that time it was successfull and mony got debited fromt the ICICI also. Now I am asking for the money which got debited from the CITI bank A/C. I am calling from that day onwards but still i didn t get money every time they will say they will trasfer my money in 2 or 3 days but never did.
