Last saturday, I had a terrible experience with NOKIA customer care people in Chennai. I got my mobile (Model : 2310) repaired (speaker was not working), but the response given by the ladies at the desk was horrible.
I was asked to wait for half-an-hour to get it repaired, which I gladly accepted. After waiting an hour, I asked about the status to two ladies at the desk. The third time, when i asked, one lady started shouting at me "are you not seeing that we are busy? we are not simply sitting".
I felt very bad about the situation. My humble request is that they should be taught to deal with customers.
I feel like not going to that care center the next time.
