Cheating - No Service at all after receiving money

Hello,

I placed an order on 10-Feb with CVWritingIndia.com for writing a professional resume. I paid Rs 1499.00 online via ICICI payment gateway. Upon payment I received an Order confirmation mail and another email from a representative asking for my existing resume. I provided the details via email.

I was told that I will get the first draft of resume in 3 working days. After waiting for few days I sent a mail on 15-Feb asking them for the first draft. There was no response. I sent another reminder mail next day but still got no response. Meanwhile I tried calling them up multiple times but no one is picking up the phone.

After that I have been calling them frequently but no one is picking up the phone. Once I tried calling using a different phone. The service representative picked up the phone and informed that my CV is ready and was already sent to me. When I informed that I have not received it he assured that he will resend in few minutes. I never received the resume and after that no one has picked up the phone despite of several attempts.

This seems like a fraud company to me. Kindly help.
