Hello my name is Elizabeth Biserovic 51 year old disabled woman who was notified by Mr. Brenda Williams that I had won a lottery the prize is 250, 000.000 pounds sterling. licence number UKL-3215 valid from 2002 February 3rd to 2009 Febuary 2nd signed by Roberta Prcsis. I also have Williams pictuer and id card he sent me so mI printed it off and kept all emails pertaining to this situation. Williams id number 5318008 date of birth 08-06-1954. He told me that I had won this money because my email address was randomly selected. He also sent me a copy of the prize rules and it also told me that Microsoft was involved with this lottery.
I asked him right from the get go if this was a scam please just carry on but leave me alone. I told him that I am disabled and I have no money as I have always been poor. He got upset with me for doubting him.
I cannot tell you the devastation this has caused me I cannot understand why this man would do this to me. What did he get out of it? I cannot explain what I felt when I received this notice for once in my life I would be able to make some of my dreams come through. He also gave me a phone number that I did call and he answered 44 702 406 9851. He sent me a sheet that stated that THE BRITISH NATIONAL EMAIL LOTTERY P.O. BOX 1010 LIVERPOOL, L70 1NL UNTIED KINGDOM

I cannot believe that the lottery does not take this lightly. I am so hurt I cannot ever make a person know just how much.
