PF withdrawl amount not received yet

I have submited my PF withdrawl forms the Cyberstar Infocom Pvt. Ltd. on 13/03 but till today the PF amount not transfered to my bank account. As per Cyberstar they had submitted the same to PF Office on 28/04. They have given me the acknowledgement copy of the PF office.

So, please do the needful.
