Non delivery of gas cylinde

I have booked for refill of my Cylinder on 22.09.2009 on telephone, but till today 4.10.2009 i have not recevied by cylinder. Instead of several calling to gas agency they are not responding. This Agency name is Jagannath Gas Co. Near Samarth Hotel, Pandit Dindayal Road, Dombivli (west) 421202

Please do needful in this regards. I am Helpless. This is their regural Practice and when they will stop i gods know.
