My consumer No. is 13814 with M/s Dagar Gas agency, sector-3, Rohini Delhi. I have booked for refill two weeks ago through Tel. No. 1260 (automated booking) LPG not supplied even after lapse of 2 weeks. Gas agency says that there is "demand" for the supply of LPG. Staff also behaving erratic. Complaint book is not available in the agency. In my area, others are getting cylinder within 2 to 3 days of booking. This is not the first occasion. Twice I complained to the Indane customer care in November. I suspect some foul play. Now I want to know the reason for delay to take up the case with appropriate authority for any misuse of the LPG cylinders.
