Irregularity and always delay in supply of cylinde

There is always irregular and delayed supply and that too after so many requests. the contact number is always either out ot of order or busy or engaged. my gas connection no. is 10737 and 230. Many a time even after booking the cylinder no. 230, I learnt from the delivery boy that my refil is being given to other person on charging commission of rs. 50/100 thus causing me great inconvenience
