My Concern has serviced Daily life Retail and Trading Ltd by placing three candidates for their Mumbai office for the junior and mid mgt position. The candidates have joined in May and June respectively. The terms of contract signed between the Company (signed by the Sr. VP) and my concern are that the payment will be made within one month from the date of joining of the candidate.
It is now three and two months respectively and despite repeated calls and emails, no proper reply is meted out regarding the status of the payment.
