I bought a data card on 1/02 from a dealer in nelamangala, Bangalore.i paid rupees 2499 for the data card.and also i recahrged for 299 rupees as told by the dealer that i would get unlimited access and downloading for the next 30 days. It so happened that just after initially using for 2hrs my connection went off.i tried to access several times but could not.i phoned up to the dealer he said he would get it right in 2 hrs but no relief was found.i would have called the dealer atleast 30 times for the next 3 days but no solution.i even called to the reliance customer care several times for three days non of the customer care executives given differant reasons and various solutions but non worked. The dealer told me a executive would come and resolve the problem at my address even did not turn up.it was only on 4/02 that customer executives got an idea of what was actually wrong.the problem was i had to recharge an additional of 50 rupees along with the initial 299rs.which the dealer did not tell me.i had negative balance because money was getting cut the first dayi was using the net for 2 hrs or so.therefore i had to recharge for 100 rupees and get the problem resolved after 4 days of ordeal with reliance people.
poor knowledge and lack of committment from both the dealer and the reliance executives is the main cause.i have lost 4 days the company should extend the date of my one unlimited browsing and downloading for 4 days
