Complain for data card is not working properly

I bought a reliance data card on 10.072009.I bought a plan of 2495, 2 month subscription. Yet the time isn't over but it is working too bad.speed is too low and I can't work propeoly with it my data card no. is 9368728926.If u have any information about it then please give me information about it at no.9897040012.
