Frequent failures of broadband connection

I live in House #2, Bye Lane # 2, K.P. Barua Road, Krishna Nagar, Chandmari, Guwahati 781003. I have DataOne broadband connection via my telephone no. 2650053. The connection keeps failing frequently. The ADSL indicator is either unstable most of the time or it would go off for quite some time and come on again. The behaviour of the connection is most erratic and is almost of no use.
