Connection problem

I have broadband connection at Bhandara district of maharashrtra.my no. is 07183233479

I called to bsnl telephone exchange workers about the connection problem but there is no response from there side.sometimes there is no connection or for just 5 minutes.all the devices are ok and the line is also clear there is problem from telephone exchange but they are not giving proper response. I dont have any contact no to whom I have to make a copmplaint about this?
