I have BSNL Data one Broadband connection. I found my connection Bandwidth speed is about 54kbps, I raised complaint around 10 days back, they taken complaint & gave me the c.no 88222616. They told me with in 48 hrs time they will fix this problem, but not yet. Again I call them on 30th Dec'08, they given me one more complaint number 8823385, they told me by 24hrs they will fix this problem, not yet fixed. Again I called up now they told me, they having problem with under water cable problem, and they given Higher Official number 044-26384123. They asked me to talk to them, I also tried them last 30 minutes, I am getting only the engaged tone. But I have other connection near by, there i am getting above 1.2mbps. If under water cable is having real problem, it should effect all line, it should not effect particular area. How can I fix this problem? Shell I take this problem to consumer court, there can I get response
