Ubisalte7 not delivered

Hi,

I have placed and order for Ubisalte7 in Jan, for delivery promise of Mar but till date I have not received my Ubisalte. After continuous following Datawind has accepted that my amount has been received for Amount Rs.2999 by Cheque No#334760 of ICICI Bank, payable to Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

The payment has been Debited from my account on 18-Feb.

Please help to resolve when shall i expect my TAB.
