DC DEAL/ EUROTEL CALLER ID PHONE/ SMART SHOPPERS
DEFECTED PIECE NOT WORKING

Dear sir

Eurotel Caller ID Phone with 12 Digit LCD Display This product i had ordered through DC DEAL OF DAY. on 13th jan'09.

i recieved it today and i am very disappointed with the product. Since it says 3months seller warranty. i have the bills of smart shoppers which i have recieved.

Many parts of the phone are missing:

1.THE key... the phone is locked how will it function now

2. the chord of the phone is missing which connects the handset to the phoone.

3. the model no which i had ordered is different. i have got some other model of phone.

Please kindly look into this matter and let me know soon
