D.D. Revalidated not received even after passing more than 3 months
Concern not responding at all not lifting Mob

Dear Sir,

I received D.D.no.446109 dated 17.5.07 for Rs.940.00 (With out any forwarding letter) & same could not encashed due to shifting my house from NOIDA to GURGAON.By persuing to HDFC Bank I could find your Jaipur Addressed. After discussion with your Sh. Vivek Golani (Mob.9352497886)& sh. Suresh Gujar (Mob.9351584031) said D.D. was sent on 1.9.08 to your Jaipur office. I have contacted your Sh. Vivek Golani (Mob.9352497886) at least 10 times but he is now not responding.would you kindly advice whether I shall go to consumer court to resolve in case you are also nt able.
