3 Watches against an order of 4 watches

Hi,

I recieved my order which I placed for Giordano watched. Unfortunately, I have recieved one watch short (i.e, 3) against an order of the 4. The qauntity on the package mentions 4. ONE WATCH IS MISSING. I called up their sales hotline which referred me to the customer service is busy for the entire day.

I'm being cheated, the lines are continously busy. The telephone numbers I currently have are below:

Can somebody help me with the rights details.
