I have been working at Dearyans since 26May 08 as CSA by Appointment letter but I have to do all work from attending customers at showroom to reportiong on behalf of store incharges due to their absence. so Due to irresponsible managment & other resons I left the company on 7-1-09 after which I also served 1 month notice period As per companys rule. But then they provided non relating work of accounts as per my Appointment letter and started making reasons which are totally wrong to harrase me from leaving the company without taking my 3 months salary 27000 & 12000 bonous LTA deducted from my salary every month. They have also taken 9000 deposit at the time of joining which they deny to pay till i have not completed 1 year & I also agree on It since it was accepted by me in appointment letter .then I sincerly gave them work done working even after serving notice period. Then they paid Rs 7560 for 1 month now after hand over they in managment are making fake reasons of gen. manager/accountant/dierctor is not in showroom. They themself pick their phones and say that for eg. I called xyz she/he will pick up the phone and say that xyz
is not here he has left her mobile here with me. Etc etc.
Company Managment is running & hiding as they HO in Ahmedabad & I am in their Mumbai branch struggling for payment of my salary for work done.
Also they have harrased many employees in a span of 11 months in mumbai. 4-5 employees left due to such harressment leving their deposits & salary. I am from poor family we earn our living hand to mouth.
Company has also not provided me a reliving letter making it diffucult for me to join another company.
