Sir,

My A/c no is 10948083260, branch is at AMBUR, Vellore Dt, Tamil nadu.

I have this a/c for past 8 yrs. I lost my debit card in travell on 13.05.09.

So I applied for the new card through my branch on 15.05.09. There was no response later. But debited Rs 220 from my a/c towards, new debit card.

Later I went and met the branch manager and complaint on 20.06.09. So he made a request over online. But no response.

Again applied for second time on 01.07.09. But still I have not received any thing from SBI.

2 MONTHS passed, Since I do not have my card, How can I transact for urgent.

I never face such a stupid problem in my A/C with other banking, and really I feel very sorry to say that your service is very very poor in this case.

If I am not getting my card within a week. I have the debit note for Rs 220. I will take action against SBI.

Also I will advise all my wishers to close their A/C from SBI, and to do not open a new a/c in SBI.

Pl act fast and do the needfull.
