Amount wrongly debit in my account

On 01/04 my wife tried to draw Rs.10000 from your ATM located at Avadi but the transaction was not processed again she tried for Rs.1000 that transaction too was not processed... both the transaction were cancelled and receipt also was not generated... but both the transaction are been shown in my account (SBI Ac. no.30801325856) I have registered a complaint in my branch about the incident that was my salary till now i haven't received the money and i am facing many problems with that salary amt only i run my family so i request you to kindly see that this doesn’t happen to any others... Please help me out from this problem as soon as possible... awaiting for a reply... thanks...
