Problem in credit card payment, reason is card is connect to the net.plz solve the problem

Dear sir, madam

i m vijendra verma from jabalpur madhya pradesh, my credit card no. 5176533809440008

my card limit is 30, 000 i use card & make my payment always in time, i dont know how my card is link from net

than my bill is reached nera of 90, 000 but i dont use my card in any on line purchasing, i m trieng to solve

this problem from last 6 month but no one is ready to answer me how to solve this problem, So

please solve this problem & give me the actuale ammount which i can pay & i can use my card,
